Tools feature Craftsman rolling toolbox and worktable, belt sander, drill press, Starrett specialty tools, Machinist toolboxes with machinist bits, etc., at least 3 pressure washers and a Like New Woodchipper!

Please note this home is under contract and MUST be empty and cleaned this week. So, if you can't pick up or arrange pickup on those dates, please don't bid. Shipping is available on some items. Any super fragile or super large items or lots must be picked up of you must be responsible for shipping. 

Payment for invoices over 2500.00 must in the form of a wire transfer or cash or certified funds (cannot take possession until funds clear). Thank you for understanding. Any shipping invoices over $250 will also require payment via wire transfer. 

* I still think everything is quality but you just can't say that anymore, just in case one thing isn't. lol
